Senior HR Specialist

We are hiring a (Senior) HR Specialist who will report to Head of People & Culture. The incumbent will support the Head of People & Culture in leading the Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement functions for Crown Technologies and its subsidiary companies.

Responsibilities​
  • Talent Acquisition: Confident in sourcing and complete successful hiring of roles for the Company, including technical roles such as Full Stack Developers, Robotics Engineers, Industrial Designers, UI/UX Designers, etc.
  • Work Pass: Able to manage work pass applications and cancellations and keep HR team up to date on latest immigration and employment laws related to work passes.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and implement quarterly engagement activities, eg.
  • Townhall & team-building recreation activities for the Company.
  • HR Generalist/ Administration: Able to manage the proper upkeep of employee p- files, employment records and other HR admin matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements​
  • A recognized Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or similar.
  • Additional certifications e.g., IHRP, SHRM or CIPD advantageous.
  • At least 2 years related experience; selected candidates with required experience could be considered for the role of Senior Specialist.
  • Tech Recruiters with the ambition to take on a more extensive portfolio and growth are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth Tech/Start-up environment will be highly advantageous.
  • Must be hands-on and enjoys collaborating with others.
